AdAge reports that the NFL is planning to make available all ads aired over actual game time in Superbowl XL(40) on a Video on Demand feature by midnight of game day. This is will predictably create a rights morass of the advertisers so it will be interesting to see how many ads make it. It may still be many years before the bright future of seamless repurposing makes it’s way to advertising. It does seeem a bit sily to agonize about this though when you know that the good ads will be all over the web minutes after they air…
